Hi Alex,
Thanks pala for the chicken...sunshines as you would call it! heheh! Yaya prepared it soup style for Milo's lugaw last week. Boiled it 4 hours as you suggested to get the most out of the meat and bones. Mabango siya ah, I could smell the difference agad as soon as I opened the lid. The soup came out more yellowish in color than the regular chicken and malasa na siya with just a bit of salt. I have not tasted the meat yet... reserving it all for Milo! hahah but I can't wait for your inihaw when we see each other soon! Masmasarap siguro yun lalo with the stuffings of tanglad inside! Yum yum!
